General Data Protection Regulation 2018
The General data Protection Regulation came into force on 25 May 2018 and applies to information about individuals ("personal data"). It gives individuals ("the data subject") the right to access personal information that CCEA holds about them. And the right to be forgotten. The Regulation also sets out the requirements for how organisations should handle personal data.
Our Data Protection Policy demonstrates CCEA’s commitment to compliance with the Regulation.
